How we work

Made in small batches
We throw, glaze and fire a few dozen pieces at a time, so every piece is checked by hand.

Packed with care
Recycled paper, no plastic, and boxes sized so nothing rattles on the way to you.

Looked after afterwards
If something arrives broken or fails, tell us and we make it right.

Is this a real shop?
No. Kiln & Linen is a demonstration shop built by Launch. Nothing is for sale and checkout never takes payment.
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave the studio within two business days. Delivery times depend on where you are in Australia.
Is the stoneware dishwasher safe?
Yes, the mugs, bowls and plates are dishwasher and microwave safe. Hand washing keeps the glaze looking new for longer.
Will my linen shrink?
Our linen is stonewashed before it is sewn, so it barely shrinks. Wash it warm and line dry.
Can I return something?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns within 30 days, and faulty items are always covered under the Australian Consumer Law.
Do you sell wholesale?
Not through this shop. Get in touch and we will talk about stockist orders.
